Job Description:

The Executive Sales Multiproperty position involves maximizing revenue through sales techniques, resolving guest issues, promoting brand awareness, and performing general office duties. The role also includes assisting in employee training, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand awareness
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor the performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
