Job Description:

Your future employer is an entrepreneurial car park management and solutions company that is rapidly expanding and seeking talented individuals for the business development department. They offer a strong portfolio of completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects with a rapid growth trajectory. This role entails significant responsibility in expanding the company’s parking business and acquiring new sites.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in developing a team to grow the company’s parking business
Draft expansion plans, review potential sites, and conduct feasibility studies
Maintain an up-to-date database of site proposals, valuations, and relevant information
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including car park sites and related services
Acquire and manage new sites to achieve corporate targets and maximize sales and profits
Implement a KPI-based, performance-driven reward system for the team
Promote and enhance the company’s corporate identity across all sites and marketing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Develop partnerships, schedule meetings, and create business strategies
Deliver pitches, presentations, and demonstrations
Secure and finalize contracts for managing and acquiring new car park sites
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and technologies

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets or KPIs
3-5 years of experience in the car park industry is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in the car park industry
strong relationships with stakeholders such as car park and building owners, management companies, and authorities
