Job Description:

The F&B and Event Service Expert is responsible for delivering memorable and unique guest experiences during events and banquets. This role involves setting up event materials, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness. The position requires adherence to company standards, teamwork, and physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Job Responsibility:

Follow company and safety policies
Report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Adhere to quality standards
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Perform physical tasks like lifting objects up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
