Fabric Maintenance Engineer Opportunity in London. Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer seeking a dynamic and rewarding role in London? We have an exciting opportunity available with one of our most prestigious clients, who is looking to expand their team with three qualified engineers for an exclusive site in London.

Requirements:

Water treatment - dipslides, leaks, temperature checks, chemical dosing
Excellent communication skills
Carpentry
Basic plumbing work - Pipework
Carpentry - tillings, carpets
Painting and decorating
Fixing and repairing
Conducting PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
Maintaining company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable condition
Demonstrating reliability and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities
Extensive experience in Building Maintenance (essential)
