Job Description:

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician/Handyman with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a Handyman to join a team on a Static retail contract around the Swindon area. The Salary is between 25K and 26K, working 40 hrs

Job Responsibility:

Plumbing repairs and installations
Carpentry work
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
General maintenance and repairs as required
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
Relevant trade qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused approach
