Job Description:

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our team in Sacramento, California. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to family law cases, including conducting negotiations, preparing and arguing motions, and dealing with various aspects of family law.

Job Responsibility:

Provide legal advice to clients on family law matters
Draft and review legal documents related to family law cases
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials
Conduct legal research to support case preparation
Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and legal developments in the field of family law
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members
Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants
Ensure all legal actions taken are in compliance with the law and ethical standards

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience in Family Law practice
Proven ability to draft, review, and file legal motions
Strong negotiation skills in mediating between parties and reaching agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Strong understanding of legal code and court procedures
Must hold a valid license to practice law
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain client confidentiality
Commitment to continuing education in Family Law practices and procedures
