Job Description:

We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The role will be primarily remote, but might have occasional travel to Kirkland. You will be supporting our attorneys in a range of legal tasks, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, preparing for trials and mediations, and maintaining attorney calendars.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting attorneys in handling family law cases through drafting pleadings and motions
Preparing for trials and mediations by organizing discovery responses and requests
Managing attorneys' calendars and docketing to ensure smooth workflow and timely handling of cases
Engaging in detail-oriented correspondence with clients and opposing counsel
Reviewing and organizing discovery to help attorneys prepare for trials and mediations
Managing e-Filing processes and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
Performing other tasks as assigned to support the legal team

Requirements:

3+ YOE as a Family Law Paralegal
Experience working on cases in King or Snohomish County
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
