Job Description:

This is an opportunity specifically to cover a solicitor for 12 months initially starting in June 2025 - with a view to seeing where we are beyond that. The ideal scenario is to get someone in before the solicitor leaves so that there is a suitable handover. The firm are small but perfectly formed firm with outstanding leadership within Family Law are looking to bring in support to cover Family Law - a privately funded caseload covering Private child, Divorce, Matrimonial and Finances.

Job Responsibility:

cover Family Law
handle privately funded caseload covering Private child, Divorce, Matrimonial and Finances
pick up an initial caseload of 50-60 files

Requirements:

3 years PQE
self-sufficient
able to work non-complex cases with minimal supervision
