Job Description:

A leading law firm based in St Albans, renowned for their expertise in family law are currently seeking a motivated Family Solicitor with 0 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload, including divorce proceedings, financial settlements, private law children cases, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
Client Relations: Provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring exceptional client care and maintaining strong, trusting relationships
Advocacy: Represent clients effectively in court and during negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to a supportive work environment
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance legal expertise and career progression

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 0 to 4 years' PQE in family law
Experience in managing family law cases, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to professional development and client care
