Job Description:

My client is a legal 500 law firm, seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their dynamic and supportive team in London.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a diverse caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements
Providing clear, tailored legal advice on complex family law matters with a client-focused approach
Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Contributing to business development through networking, client relationship management, and referral building
Ensuring efficient case management with strong organisational and document-handling skills
Staying up to date with family law developments and applying this knowledge effectively

Requirements:

Qualified family solicitor (4-6 years PQE)
Strong technical knowledge of family law, particularly in financial settlements and child arrangements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Proven ability to independently manage and prioritise a busy caseload
Commercial awareness and experience in business development initiatives
Strong IT proficiency
A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused approach to client needs
