Job Description:

Manage a varied caseload of childcare and domestic violence matters, provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, draft legal documents, attend hearings and court proceedings, and work closely with clients in challenging family law scenarios. Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of childcare and domestic violence matters
provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, often in sensitive and challenging situations
draft legal documents and attend hearings and court proceedings
work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best possible legal support during difficult times

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with experience in family law, ideally with a focus on childcare and domestic violence
experience with legal aid work is a plus
strong communication skills, with the ability to deal with vulnerable clients with empathy and professionalism
passionate about helping clients navigate through challenging family issues
