Job Description:

I am currently seeking a Fast Track Litigator specialising in Personal Injury to deliver exceptional service to claimants pursuing a Personal Injury claim. This role involves managing your own casework, primarily handling claims outside the portal, and supporting senior solicitors and partners.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury claims (Employer Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accidents) outside the portal, following procedural and funding guidelines
Assess Portal cases with denied liability and make strategic decisions about whether to proceed with litigation
Investigate and apply relevant medical and legal aspects of claims to advocate effectively for clients
Support Portal Caseworkers in identifying claims likely to fall outside the portal
Gain an understanding of financial file management (including WIP, billing, and profitability) and work to meet or exceed targets
Maintain compliance with external regulations, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional client care

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 2 years + PQE
Extensive experience with Fast Track PI cases, both within and outside the portal, and the ability to support Portal Caseworkers
Strong academic background, with proven experience litigating PI claims
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-care skills, with sensitivity and empathy
Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective problem-solving, time management, and business acumen
