Job Description:

The FB Sales Executive will meet group coordinators/hosts, analyze banquet event orders, fulfill special arrangements, and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining professional appearance, welcoming guests, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience.

Job Responsibility:

Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions
Read and analyze banquet event order
Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
Follow up on special arrangements
Follow company and safety policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Read and visually verify information
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Reach overhead and below the knees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
