Job Description:

Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms, replacing amenities, removing trash, vacuuming, and ensuring quality standards. Adhere to safety policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, interact professionally with guests, and support the team.

Job Responsibility:

Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
clean bathrooms
remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
follow company policies and procedures
assist individuals with disabilities
welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
support the team to reach common goals
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
clean bathrooms
remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
follow company and safety policies and procedures
complete safety training and certifications
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
assist individuals with disabilities
move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
push and pull loaded housekeeping carts and other work-related equipment
stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
