Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a FICO Analyst to provide consulting to businesses, functions, and geographies that utilize IT services and drive effective engagement for IT projects. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with business implementation teams, assisting with the migration of financial data to SAP systems, ensuring functionality testing, and contributing to training documentation. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite in Bangalore, India.

Job Responsibility:

establishes and maintains relationships with several business implementation teams
drives improvements in IT engagement for major initiatives
influences overall IT and business planning interlock
communicates specific IT decisions relevant to the business implementation teams
represents the needs of the business during implementation projects
actively participates in selected IT projects to ensure sufficient and timely communications for business customers
follows defined processes and implements process changes as needed to meet ongoing IT objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years experience
knowledgeable in core FICO modules [Enterprise structure, Gl, AR, AP, AA, Banking, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA, CO-PC]
ability to configure in all the FICO modules stated above
knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules like MM, SD and HCM
ability to write FDS and work on Customized development with ABAP team
expert knowledge of working on RICEFW objects
ability to end to end test all FICO processes in all FICO modules
assist business in unit testing
resolve testing discrepancies
demo developed functionality and unit tested solutions
ability to create training, product, and solution documentation
assist in migration of financial data from legacy systems to SAP
ensure data accuracy and completeness
ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication throughout projects
