Job Description:

The Field Marketing Specialist will build and shape the brand perception, execute strategic marketing programs, and assist in increasing sales and brand awareness within local communities. The role requires travel and a mix of field and office work.

Job Responsibility:

Build and shape the brand perception within existing, emerging, and new markets
Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing programs or partnerships
Primary intake for field marketing requests
Maintain plans and timelines and track performance metrics for multi-track projects and programs
Assist operations field team in identifying potential opportunities to increase sales
Work with store managers and district managers to seek partnerships and business-to-business opportunities
Assist project managers with coordinating creative needs
Work closely with Operations teams to aid in-store performance planning
Assist Marketing Director in vendor sourcing and negotiating
Assist with grand opening event planning and timelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of professional work experience in field marketing within a retail environment
Experience with media relations/PR campaigns and social media
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Customer or client service experience
Effective project management skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Creative thinker with proficient design and organizational skills
Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Travel required (50% field, 50% office)

Nice to have:
