The Field Marketing Specialist supports the implementation of the business unit’s Fuel & Merchandise Marketing strategy to attain key business objectives. This role involves developing localized marketing campaigns, executing sales plans with signage, and ensuring the operation of digital assets at site level.
Job Responsibility:
Support implementation of marketing strategy
Develop localized marketing and advertising campaigns
Execute sales plans with signage
Ensure operation of digital assets at site level
Manage local media relations
Plan and implement local PR campaigns
Conduct local market research
Manage internal communications content
Provide content for external digital channels
Manage social investment programs
Plan crisis communication
Participate in communications network
Maintain professional knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
Two or more years of experience in marketing, merchandising, and communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator)
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Proven success record with media relations/PR campaigns
Excellent project management skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under constant deadlines
Retail experience preferred
Up to 50% travel required
