Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to be an integral part of their dynamic team in Sevenoaks. Your expertise in financial processes and accounting software will help drive the organisation's success in delivering top-notch financial services.

Job Responsibility:

Processing invoices and managing supplier accounts with precision
Performing accurate bank reconciliations to keep financial records in line with transactions
Preparing and submitting VAT returns promptly and efficiently
Managing multiple supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Utilising Xero accounting software for various financial tasks
Assisting with additional finance-related duties as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in a finance or accounts administration role
Prior experience with the Construction Industry Scheme (highly preferred)
Proficiency in Xero accounting software
A strong understanding of VAT returns and bank reconciliations
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A keen attention to detail and accuracy in all financial records
The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
