Job Description:

The primary focus of the Credit Controller / Finance Administrator is to assist in the finance administration of our auctions. We are growing fast and looking to add to our team; you will report into the CEO but will be equally happy to work with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibility:

Processing payments and generating invoices
Sending statements and chasing payments
Ensuring sellers are kept informed
Maintaining our bespoke auction software system (training will be provided)
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers and resolving any queries

Requirements:

Excellent numeracy skills and competent with IT systems
Excellent communication skills at all levels across all mediums
A genuine desire to “pitch in” and be a team player and key part of a business
Experience within a similar role
The ability to take ownership of tasks / projects
