Job Description:

Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, Managing e-invoicing in/from the Italian Central exchange database, Managing VAT recording, Updating ledgers, General Ledger Management, Ability to manage and keep contact with various departments. Bank Reconciliation: Comparing the company’s internal records with the bank statements. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers, tracking outstanding customer payments. Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with creating or reviewing the company’s budget. Internal Audits: Ensuring internal controls are being followed. Year-End Closing: Closing the books at the end of the fiscal year. Maintaining Financial Records: Ensuring that all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
