Job Description:

Are you ready to jump into an exciting opportunity with a leading organisation dedicated to making a difference? We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join their vibrant team in London Bridge. As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their financial operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

Processing supplier invoices
Preparing and processing payment runs
Maintaining vendor records
Reconciling supplier statements
Generating and sending invoices
Monitoring outstanding receivables
Assisting with credit control
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Supporting financial reporting

Requirements:

Processing supplier invoices in NetSuite with a keen eye for accuracy
Preparing and processing payment runs, including wire transfers and checks
Maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance with company policies
Reconciling supplier statements to ensure everything aligns
Generating and sending invoices to customers via NetSuite
Monitoring outstanding receivables and following up to ensure timely payments
Assisting with credit control and providing ageing reports to management
Investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and company records
Supporting financial reporting by preparing reconciliations and schedules
