Job Description:

We're looking for a finance associate who is a self-starter, change agent, and exceptional problem solver. You will be responsible for the Profit and Loss management, developing processes and best practices, and driving revenue and profitability growth for the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L and working capital
Manage business development activities to achieve profitability and revenue
Take overall responsibility of the P&L through growth plans, cost initiatives and pricing
Develop incentive plans for sales and supervise pay-outs
Assist in finalizing cohort bookings, refunds, and revenue
Inspect and approve vendor contracts
Manage tax issues with finance controller
Define standards and procedures for company revenue and expenses
Monitor and drive business performance
Ensure process adherence for productivity and quality improvement
Lead strategic direction and enhancement of products and services
Work collaboratively with departments for delivery and support of products
Create, track, and measure product metrics
Achieve profitable growth across all product lines
Provide leadership and direction to the team
Develop and manage budgets and resources

Requirements:

Finance Graduate / Chartered Accountant / alike courses / MBA with major in finance
0 - 5 years of experience in Finance matters
Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries
Knowledge of various analytical tools & techniques (SQL + data visualization tool)
Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have:

2+ years experience in logistics domain
Eye and drive for executing continuous improvement
Change agent able to initiate and manage change
Knowledge of logistics, freight or supply chain certifications
