Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the organization's financial health and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be highly valued as you collaborate with budget holders, stakeholders, and your finance colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with budget holders to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Train and guide budget managers in interpreting financial information and navigating financial processes
Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasting models
Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to support informed decision-making at all levels
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and accounting standards

Requirements:

CA qualified or equivalent professional accounting designation
Minimum five years of experience in a finance business partnering or management accounting role
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
