Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of local accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You will manage daily accounting tasks, including cash management, balance sheet reconciliation, and tax obligations, while collaborating with global finance teams on strategic initiatives. You will also lead process enhancements, manage administrative functions, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the radiology business unit
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial and operational efficiency
Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to support business cases and investment decisions

Requirements:

Min 5 years of experience in Business Finance or as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of finance (The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping 2nd ‐ 3rd grade)
Language proficiency: Fluent Japanese and Daily Conversational / Business English
