Job Description:

This role involves partnering with business leaders to provide financial guidance, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, develop and track KPIs, conduct financial modeling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the radiology business unit
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial and operational efficiency
Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to support business cases and investment decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to drive profitability and cost efficiency
Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and investment appraisals
Provide financial insights on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes affecting the radiology business
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Japanese both written and spoken
Experience working with senior management groups with the ability to influence and challenge positively with stakeholders at all levels throughout the country clusters
Practical management experience in financial analyses, advanced know-how of systems, processes and guidelines is preferred
5-8 years of experience in financial and functional management positions (preferably including international experience), as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities of financial and business transactions of a global operating business
