Job Description:

A Finance Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of financial mis-selling claims
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and case submissions
Representing clients in court proceedings
Keeping up to date with financial regulations, case law, and industry developments
Ensuring compliance with SRA and FCA regulations

Requirements:

Experience in financial mis-selling or financial services disputes
General litigation background with willingness to re-train
