Job Description:

The Finance Manager will be joining the Business Performance Management (BPM) team to enhance business processes through Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. This role involves leading the design and deployment of integrated solutions, facilitating business roadmaps, driving innovation, and supporting transformation efforts.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements
partners with IT to translate functional requirements into documented technical specifications
partners closely with FP&A, Finance/Accounting, IT, Data Center of Excellence, Product Manager, and System Integrator teams to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
develops a work plan to manage own tasks, deliverables, schedule, and provides information to stakeholders and Project Management
facilitates business leadership and other company stakeholders in the definition of business roadmaps
identifies process improvement opportunities to drive innovation
assists team management in defining projects
actively contributes to the team’s knowledge and drives new capabilities forward
coaches end users in best practices and tool usage
maintains technical skills and expertise through continuing education

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or another quantitative field
4-7 years of industry experience in Systems analysis with understanding of strategic business information systems
4-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
4-7 years of experience as a developer, preferably in the wireless industry
experience working with relational or multi-dimensional databases
experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM or similar financial systems
experience in data transformation including proficiency in tools such as SQL
excellent communication skills and ability to present to business and technical teams, or management in verbal, written, and/or visual form
proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

Nice to have:

experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
experience as a developer, preferably in the wireless industry
application development
project management
