Job Description:

The Finance Manager role focuses on evolving performance management systems, blending cloud data management, interactive dashboards, and automation tools to empower leadership decisions with robust reporting solutions.

Job Responsibility:

build data and reporting solutions
experience developing ETL, data pipelines, and data transformation processes
scale RPA processes using PowerAutomate / Python
explore opportunities to further leverage automation
solve complex challenges
communicate ideas effectively

Requirements:

5+ years relevant work experience
high attention to detail
positive growth mindset
experience managing ambiguity and challenging asks
bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
experience designing technical solutions and steering architectural decisions
familiarity with a modern visualization application (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
experience with cloud data management platforms (Azure / Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric) and associated concepts (lakehouse, data warehouse, etc)
strong knowledge of at least one: PowerApps, Python, HTML
enthusiasm for innovation and design

Nice to have:
