Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager based in Seattle, Washington. The role involves working in the services industry, focusing on project accounting and billable hours. This position involves a significant amount of customer interaction and requires a high level of organization and meticulousness.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the financial planning and analysis function
Conduct monthly reconciliation and end-of-month financial procedures
Manage the billing process and revenue accounting
Develop and monitor the annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
Use QuickBooks and other accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
Ensure all accounting tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Annual Budget preparation and execution
Knowledge of Auditing procedures
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with Project Accounting
Skilled in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Capability to handle Month End Close procedures
Experience with Reconciliations tasks
Knowledge of Billing processes
Understanding of Revenue Accounting
Proficiency in Financial Reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
