Job Description:

This 3 month contract role, with potential for permanency, is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations and drive improvements. Reporting to the General Manager – Strategy and Finance, you will lead a small finance team while ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective budget management.

Job Responsibility:

Financial reporting
Budgeting
Compliance
Payroll oversight
Identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements:

CA or CPA qualification
Ability to lead a finance team
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Proven ability to improve financial processes and controls
Experience with financial systems and CRM platforms
Analytical skills with attention to detail
