Job Description:

Join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for supporting T-Mobile Business Group (TBG). The Finance Manager will partner with teams to analyze capital investment initiatives that drive growth, challenge organizational inputs, and provide guidance on high-priority projects.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize analytical and financial modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to review and enhance business cases
Understand and translate expected impact of key initiatives on forecast and financial outcomes
Measure KPIs and planned vs. actual investment, communicating results via dashboards
Work internally with partners to ensure processes for investment approvals and accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
7-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting
Experience with discounted cash flow analysis and developing business cases
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Teradata SQL / Snowflake SQL is a plus
Strong financial competence and analytical skills
Ability to create executive-level presentations/reports and articulate insights and recommendations
Understanding of business drivers and problem-solving for financial outcomes
Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age.
