Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This person will play a critical role in supporting the management and financial reporting functions. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Director of Finance and CFO, ensuring financial transparency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making for our growing operations across the region.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and present financial reporting to investors
Assist in financial analysis and preparation of variance reports
Provide detailed analysis of financial trends, cost drivers, and performance metrics
Manage the annual audit process for companies assigned
Oversee tax-related matters
Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements
Assist in the development and management of annual financial budgets and forecasts
Manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow management
Liaise with financial institutions and manage day-to-day banking operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields
Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis within a complex, multi-entity environment
Experience in the data center, technology, infrastructure, or real estate sector is advantageous
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, local GAAP)
Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex financial and operational challenges
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities

Nice to have:

Experience in the data center, technology, infrastructure, or real estate sector
Familiarity with data analysis tools
