Job Description:

A well established private university is looking for a career minded finance manager to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the head of group reporting for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee group-level adjustments and reconciliations
Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation and reporting processes
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Experience in financial reporting
Familiarity with consolidation tools or ERP systems is an advantage
Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
Experience in education industry will be an added advantage
