Job Description:

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and financial regulations. Manage statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance corporate governance. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management to ensure smooth financial operations. Optimize working capital, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth. Monitor and enforce company financial policies and procedures for efficient financial management. Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and reporting structures. Identify opportunities to enhance cost control, operational efficiencies, and overall financial performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, and financial operations
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
