Job Description:

Citi is looking for a Finance Solutions Senior Analyst (Oracle Analyst) to join their team in Taguig City, Philippines. The role involves providing expertise on Oracle’s Accounting Hub Cloud Service & General Ledger module, supporting functional lead in requirements gathering, and contributing to the design and governance of financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, recent experience with Oracle Finance, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expertise on Oracle’s Accounting Hub Cloud Service & General Ledger module and implementation
Support functional lead in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis and solution design activities
Prepare high quality business requirements and provide input and guidance on functional design documents
Engage with technology teams to provide SME support on development of Citi solutions not met by Oracle out of the box capability
Engage with technology teams to provide inputs on configurations/setups required during testing phase in different Oracle modules
Provide input to test preparation activities, training material development and process documentation as required
Work closely with Finance and program cross functional teams to support testing and business readiness activities
Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions
Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
Acts as a technical expert who acts as an advisor on significant business/product decisions
Implements policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management or related field is required
CA, CPA or equivalent will be a differentiator
Recent experience and knowledge of Oracle Finance, Accounts cloud modules
Relevant Oracle expert certification will be an advantage
Experience of operating in a disciplined program management environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred
