Job Description:

Job opening for a Finance Transformation / system role in 杭州市, Zhejiang. The role involves preparing and maintaining accurate general ledger entries, performing month-end and year-end closing processes, analyzing financial accounts, collaborating with AP/AR teams, assisting in statutory financial statements preparation, supporting budgeting and tax filing activities, implementing process improvements, and participating in ad-hoc financial projects.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with AP/AR teams to verify transactional data integrity
Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and audit documentation
Support budgeting, forecasting, and tax filing activities
Implement process improvements for efficiency and internal control compliance
Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as required

Requirements:

College degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2 year Relevant experience in accounting is preferred
Previous experience in Oracle is an advantage
Basic English ability both in reading and writing
Reliable and detail oriented
A good team player with senses of effective problem-solving skills
Good communication and PC MS (especially Excel ) skills
