Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Non-Profit sector, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Financial Analyst, your focus will be on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
Maintain precise customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Provide advisory support to high-level leadership
Carry out budgeting tasks for the organization
Perform data modeling to support financial decisions
Forecast and model financial trends for the organization
Work cross-functionally with other leaders within the organization

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of detail-oriented experience as a Financial Analyst
Demonstrable experience in budgeting and budget forecasting
Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools
Strong skills in forecasting and financial modeling
Experience or knowledge in the non-profit sector is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software platforms
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about financial issues
Commitment to the mission and values of the non-profit sector
