Job Description:

This role involves providing financial analysis and management planning support with a focus on ensuring the financial integrity of reported information and identifying potential improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain financial analysis tools, daily productivity dashboards, and trend/forecast reports
Participate in monthly accounting close functions, balance sheet reconciliations, and the annual budgeting process
Support contract and reimbursement modeling
Assist in yearly budgeting by compiling data and maintaining budgeting system integrity
Monitor reports to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity
Utilize technical skills to enhance business intelligence and database reporting
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
Master's degree (preferred)
Minimum of one year of experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
Three years of relevant experience (preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred)

Nice to have:
