Job Description:

Join a state government department as a Financial Analyst focusing on property finance, capital projects, financial reporting, and process improvements. Proficiency in SAP, MyWorkZone, and Excel automation is required, along with relevant qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibility:

Compiling and analysing financial data for capital funding programs and fixed asset management ($60M budget)
developing reports, forecasts, and financial models
supporting climate change reporting and process improvements
utilising SAP and MyWorkZone to streamline financial processes
automating financial tasks using Excel
presenting insights to non-finance stakeholders

Requirements:

CA qualification
3+ years of experience in property finance
strong SAP, MyWorkZone, and Excel automation skills
proactive problem solver
experience in CAPEX, project accounting, and month-end reporting
loyalty and tenure
thrive in a fast-paced environment
