Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our financial tasks, involving responsibilities such as customer application processing, customer record upkeep, and customer inquiry resolution.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Keep detailed customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
Use accounting software systems for financial management
Prepare and analyze crystal reports to aid decision-making
Apply data mining techniques for financial reporting
Manage accounting functions including accrual accounting
Carry out auditing processes to ensure financial compliance
Engage in budget processes to support financial planning and forecasting

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with Crystal Reports
Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques
Ability to perform all Accounting Functions
Familiarity with Accrual Accounting
Experience conducting Auditing tasks
Understanding of Budget Processes
