Job Description:

The Financial Controller (FP&A) will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support informed decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities
developing and maintaining financial models
analyzing financial performance and identifying trends
preparing and presenting financial reports
supporting the annual budgeting process
monitoring and updating forecasts
providing recommendations for cost optimization
assisting in the preparation of financial statements
ensuring compliance with internal controls
coordinating with external auditors
supporting strategic initiatives
collaborating with finance team members

Requirements:

4 to 6 years of relevant experience
strong analytical skills
excellent communication abilities
advanced Excel skills
experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
easy-going personality with a positive attitude
ability to work well with others
assertive, proactive, takes initiative
ability to work independently and as part of a team
comfortable working with higher management
excellent communication and presentation skills
strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
