Job Description:

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to develop and execute strategic financial initiatives, ensuring the company remains competitive and primed for long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights for decision-making
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth
Drive change management initiatives, modernising financial systems and improving efficiencies
Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to influence high-level decision-making
Optimise cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies for long-term stability
Partner with operational teams to analyse financial performance and uncover opportunities for increased profitability
Lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance, future-focused financial control environment
Manage tax planning, audits, and key external stakeholder relationships, including banks and advisors
Identify and implement process automation and system improvements to streamline financial operations
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business expansion and investment initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial regulations while introducing best-in-class financial governance
Champion a culture of innovation and accountability, embedding a mindset of continuous improvement

Requirements:

Strong track record of driving change and modernising financial processes
Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements
Advanced financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and challenge the status quo to drive business transformation
Experience implementing new financial systems, automation, and process improvements
A passion for business improvement and operational excellence
Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
