Job Description:

As a Non-Licensed Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the team, utilizing specialized financial software systems.

Job Responsibility:

Money Movement Tasks: Logging into proprietary systems to initiate or verify transactions and process financial tasks requiring specialized training
Adhoc/Data Entry: Completing various administrative tasks and maintaining accuracy in documentation
Financial Document Management: Assisting with generating and reviewing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents
Tax Law Research: Conducting research on various topics, including IRS tax codes, Form 1040 updates, and relevant information from IRS.gov
Software Use: Navigating and operating systems such as Redtail, E-money (financial planning management software), and proprietary systems

Requirements:

Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain precision and accuracy in financial data entry and research
Excel Proficiency: Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing will be required)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (finance degree a plus but not required)
Background in customer service or service-oriented roles
Familiarity with financial industry terminology and processes
Previous administrative experience in remote or hybrid environments
Experience with financial management tools like Redtail, E-money, and other proprietary platforms is strongly preferred
