Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Data Analyst in the hospitality industry, located in Orlando, Florida, United States. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing different aspects of our business operations, providing valuable insights and recommendations, and assisting in various financial tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct a thorough analysis of park pricing strategies
Perform a comprehensive evaluation of attendance patterns
Delve into per capita spending trends
Provide analytical support for marketing campaigns
Assist in preparing for business unit strategy meetings
Carry out financial analysis in relation to macroeconomic and industry trends
Assist in the development of the annual operating budget
Support special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in a financial data analysis role
Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal
Knowledge of Concur
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience with Crystal Reports
Understanding and application of data mining techniques
Experience with About Time
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions
Auditing experience
Familiarity with budget processes
Experience in capital management within the hospitality sector
