Job Description:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional at Baxter, you will collaborate with R&D teams and business partners to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. The role involves contributing to budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and operational improvement projects.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating with the Americas FP&A Center of Expertise (CoE), in-country finance, and business partners
Contributing to monthly performance reviews, quarterly forecast processes, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
Crafting standard reporting packages for R&D on a regular basis
Providing analysis, reporting services, and presentation materials for MRR, QRR, and Forecast scenarios
Forecasting watershed & OCOS and uploading information into the GBRD
Performing variance analysis and making recommendations for improvement
Developing positive relationships with finance and business customers
Loading R&D expenses for budget and forecast adjustments into the Financial Planning system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Planning, or Budgeting
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of BI tools is helpful.
