Job Description:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional at Baxter, you will support the R&D Finance team, collaborate with the Americas FP&A Center of Expertise, in-country finance and business partners, and contribute to performance reviews, forecast processes, budgeting, and long-range planning. You will also provide business analytics, contribute to operational improvement projects, and undertake ad-hoc initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
perform ad-hoc reporting requests
craft standard reporting packages for R&D
provide analysis, reporting services, and presentation materials for MRR, QRR, and Forecast scenarios
forecast watershed & OCOS and upload information into GBRD
compare forecasts against budgets, prior year, and other scenarios
maintain the Deal Model and the GST entity level Reporting
perform variance analysis to explain performance differences
develop positive relationships with finance and business customers
provide support to finance and R&D leaders
load R&D expenses for budget and Forecast adjustments into the Financial Planning system

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
a minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Planning, or Budgeting
proficiency in English at a B2+ level
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
knowledge of BI tools is helpful
