Job Description:

This role involves managing a team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the conversion from a legacy system to Oracle
Assist with the implementation of the new system, including testing, validation, and report building
Ensure all data balances correctly between the old and new systems
Work independently to research variances and use reporting tools to problem solve
Drive the team with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Handle data reconciliation and ensure high levels of accuracy
Manage the process redesign and documentation to reduce the number of manual entries
Utilize your knowledge of General Ledger (G/L) to oversee the project
Support the implementation of Oracle and other accounting software systems
Oversee the business process improvement and modeling to ensure efficient operations
Utilize big data for project implementation and management

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with Business Systems
Experience with 'About Time' software
Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
Proficiency in Auditing
Knowledge of Billing Functions
Experience with Budget Processes
Proven track record in Implementation
Ability to create and follow Implementation Roadmaps
Experience in Implementations Management
Successful history of Project Implementation
Skilled in Process Implementation
Knowledge of Big Data
Experience in Data Recovery
Familiarity with General Ledger
Proficiency in General Ledger System
Experience in Business Process Modeling
Proven track record in Business Process Improvement
