Job Description:

The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and other financial reporting requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports
draft and analyze financial statement footnotes and support schedules
assess and reconcile financial reporting data
support the implementation and compliance of new accounting standards
complete account reconciliations
perform regulatory and internal risk reporting
participate in strategic transformation programs
utilize Tableau, Alteryx, and other intelligent solutions
improve control environments
ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
communicate and collaborate with global stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
0-4 years of experience in Risk and/or Financial Reporting
strong written and verbal communication skills
excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
strong interpersonal skills
proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently

Nice to have:

Experience with financial regulatory reporting
familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar data visualization/automation tools
knowledge of liquidity stress testing, capital risk, and market risk reporting
