Job Description:

This role is a pivotal part of our accounting team, directing financial reporting and analysis activities. The position involves regulatory and SEC reporting and ensuring accurate, timely filing of reports that reflect our company's operating results, financial condition, and cash flows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and 11-K
  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate the review of quarterly SEC filings
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with new accounting guidance and complex disclosure and reporting matters
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and management of the monthly reporting package
  • Complete and oversee internal control procedures to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
  • Participate in the research, resolution, and documentation of technical accounting issues
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the Proxy Statement
  • Oversee the financial reporting for our subsidiaries
  • Lead the financial reporting team and establish team performance goals and objectives
  • Participate as a subject matter expert for external audit preparation
  • Act as a technical resource for others
  • Assist in the preparation and review of ad hoc management reporting

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial documentation and reporting
  • Strong compliance and research skills
  • Ability to review and analyze financial data
  • Understanding of finance principles and external audit procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Capability to perform ad hoc financial operations
  • Expertise in financial reporting and filing
  • Excellent collaboration abilities
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls
  • Oversight of financial processes and cash flow analysis
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with monthly reporting and financial disclosures
  • Knowledge of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and investor relations
