Job Description:

Central Jersey Supply Chain and Logistics company seeks Financial Systems Administrator to join growing team. The Financial Systems Administrator will manage all aspects of system administration for Dynamics 365 F& O, including user creation, security roles, access control, and security best practices. Perform regular system monitoring and health checks, identifying and resolving performance issues. Implement system upgrades and updates. Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data security protocols and work with finance and operations teams to understand business needs and configure F& O to optimize workflows and processes.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all aspects of system administration for Dynamics 365 F&O
Perform regular system monitoring and health checks
Implement system upgrades and updates

Work with finance and operations teams to configure F&O to optimize workflows and processes

Requirements:

Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Skilled in creating Crystal Reports
Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques
Understands and can perform Accounting Functions
Well-versed in Accrual Accounting
Experienced in Auditing
Knowledgeable about Budget Processes
Proficiency in Capital Management
